Join a knowledgeable local guide on an educational hike through the safe trails of Hacienda Ébano nature reserve. Spot various types of wildlife such as amphibians, reptiles, and plants while experiencing the sounds of the jungle. After the hike, enjoy a delicious Costa Rican dinner at the farmhouse.
CHECK-IN & SAFARI TRANSPORTATION
Once we meet at the reception and parking, we will ride the safari truck to Ebano House, our base camp, where the trails begin. 15 minutes.
HIKING IN THE NATURE RESERVE, SPOTTING WILDLIFE
Your local guide will take you on a gentle and well-maintained hiking path in the nature reserve, where you can spot a variety of wildlife, including the Red Dart Poison Frog, spiders, centipedes, cicadas, small snakes, and various tropical plants. The path is also dotted with creeks and bridges, leading to the beautiful Ébano Waterfall, visiting the waterfall at night is a magical experience. 2 hours and 20 minutes.
DINNER AT THE FARM HOUSE
After exploring the jungle, we will gather at the Farmhouse to share pictures and stories. We'll also enjoy a local Costa Rican dinner made with fresh ingredients. 40 minutes.
RETURNING
On the way back after dinner, guests will experience the exciting sounds and colors of the night. 15 minutes.

Anyone in average physical shape without any hiking experience can handle it. However, it is not advisable for people who have recently undergone surgery or have knee or health problems.
