Itinerary
Check-in
Check-in at the Hacienda Ébano reception / 10 minutes.
Nature Reserve exploration
A short to medium hike on the Nature Reserve's trails, looking for bird encounters, with a chance to see other wildlife such as colorful frogs or monkeys. A visit to Ébano waterfall is included, with a swimming option available / 2 hours
Ocean lookout visit
Arrival in the Safari truck at The Mango Ocean lookout, at a elevation of 450 m / 1480 ft you will have the opportunity to watch other bird types, such as the King Vulture or the Bat Falcon / 1 hour.
Costa Rican Lunch & return
Costa Rican-style lunch on banana leaf. You will have lunch next to a river or at the Ébano restaurant, depending on the weather and season / 30 minutes. Return to Reception / 15 minutes.
Deperture and return
Santa Juana de Platanillo, Barú, Pérez Zeledón, San José, Costa Rica.
Road 243. 10 km / 6.2 miles from Playa Dominical, on the way to San Isidro PZ.
Hacienda Ébano Reception and Restaurant is located 150 m / 490 ft from Cataratas Nauyaca Office.
